EVER POWER operates as a complete manufacturing organisation — from raw material selection and metallurgical processing through precision machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, quality inspection, and export packaging. No sub-contracting to unknown suppliers; every stage is carried out under our own supervision.
Our product range covers worm screws, worm gear reducers, helical gear units, planetary gearboxes, and related power transmission components. Whether you require standard catalogue sizes or application-specific custom dimensions, our engineering team works from your drawings or specifications.

Manufacturing capabilities at a glance
- CNC precision machining Multi-axis CNC machining centres produce worm profiles, gear teeth, and shaft geometries to tolerance classes up to DIN 6 / AGMA 12.
- In-house heat treatment Carburising, quenching, and tempering furnaces on site. Core hardness and case depth verified by hardness testing on each batch.
- Material traceability Mill certificates accompany every material intake. Common alloys include 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo, and 40Cr for load-bearing components.
- Metrology and inspection CMM coordinate measurement, gear profile analysers, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers in our QC laboratory.
- Export-rated packaging Anti-rust treatment, wooden crate or carton packaging to ISPM-15 standard for all sea freight shipments.
- Custom OEM production From drawing review and DFM feedback through first-article inspection to series production. NDA available on request.

EVER POWER operates through a European entity in Rotterdam and a manufacturing headquarters in Hangzhou. Both offices are staffed and reachable for orders, documentation, and technical inquiries.
Our Rotterdam office manages European customer inquiries, export documentation, and freight coordination. Rotterdam's position as Europe's largest port gives direct access to all major shipping routes.
